Job Title: Caretaker (Part-Time)
Location: S81 7DW (Worksop area)
Hours: 6:00am – 10:00am (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.71 PAYE

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support the smooth running of a site within the local area. This is a part-time morning role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and securing the premises daily
  • General maintenance and basic repairs
  • Cleaning of communal areas and external spaces
  • Monitoring site safety and reporting hazards
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supporting hygiene standards in line with food/environmental regulations (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role preferred
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Basic DIY and maintenance skills
