As a Cargo Claims Handler, you will be trusted to manage claims from initial notification through to settlement while contributing to loss prevention and risk management initiatives.
The Opportunity: As a Cargo Claims Handler you'll play a key role in: Managing end-to-end cargo claims, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely resolution Investigating damage, shortages and service failures to determine liability and support fair outcomes Collaborating with insurers, surveyors, shipping lines and customers to progress claims effectively Negotiating settlements in line with policy terms and claim value, maintaining strong professional relationships Supporting loss prevention by analysing trends and sharing insights with internal teams Your work will directly contribute to improved recovery outcomes, reduced operational risk and stronger stakeholder confidence.
