Carpenter Facilities Management
Location:Coventry (Midlands-based travel)
Pay:£20.00 £22.00 per hour (PAYE)
Permanent position

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company based in Coventry, who are looking to appoint a qualified Carpenter on a permanent basis due to increased workload.

This is a hands-on, varied role working across planned and reactive maintenance, alongside fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

The Role

  • Carrying out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance
  • Supporting fit-out and renovation works
  • Undertaking occasional multi-trade tasks where required
  • Working across commercial and public sector environments
  • Travel across the Midlands, with very occasional overnight stays

Requirements

  • MinimumLevel 2 qualificationin Carpentry & Joinery (City & Guilds or NVQ)
  • Proven experience within maintenance, FM, or fit-out environments
  • Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks when needed
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team

Important

This role isideal for candidates with a short or immediate notice period.
Applicants must be experienced in working as adirect employee (PAYE)rather than operating as a subcontractor or self-employed.
