Carpenter (Multi-Trader) Coventry, West Midlands £20.00 - 22.00 per hour PAYE (depending on experience) PERMANENT POSITION - (No contractors or self-employed positions available) A well-established and successful facilities management company based in Coventry are currently looking for an experienced and multi-skilled Carpenter to join their team on a permanent basis. Qualifications & Experience required: City & Guilds Level 2 Carpentry qualification is essential CSCS Card is essential Clean UK Driving Licence is required Carpentry experience ideally in a property maintenance or facilities management setting would be ideal but similar commercial or fit-out work would also be considered Experience of carrying out a variety of multi-skilled maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and installations including plumbing, fabric maintenance, basic electrical jobs, painting & decorating etc. will be required Duties will include: Travelling to commercial sites across the wider Midlands region and sometimes UK wide when required Undertaking a wide range of carpentry tasks including but not limited to hanging doors, fitting skirting and architraves,...
