I'm recruiting for an Implementation Consultant (Cascade HR) to join a UK-based Software provider on a permanent basis.
This is a client-facing role focused on implementing Cascade HR and Payroll solutions, working directly with customers to configure systems, deliver training, and support successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Cascade HR and/or Payroll solutions for customers.
Deliver training sessions remotely and on-site.
Work closely with Project Managers and product teams.
Support customers through implementation challenges.
Provide feedback to support ongoing product improvement.
Skills & Experience
Experience implementing or supporting HR and/or Payroll systems.
Comfortable working directly with customers and delivering training.
Able to explain systems clearly to non-technical users.
Willing to travel across the UK.
