The Company Our client is a leading provider of medical expert witness reports for personal injury claimants across the UK. The organisation is known for its strong growth and commitment to outstanding customer service. The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Case Coordinator . In this role you will provide outstanding customer service throughout the personal injury process, managing cases efficiently from initial nominations through to obtaining final reports. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires close liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities within this role will include: Provide appropriate nominations to solicitors through accurate assessment of case details. Work efficiently and accurately to instruct accredited medico-legal experts. Liaise with solicitors, medico-legal experts, and claimants. Coordinate and manage appointment bookings.
