Membership body seeks a Casework Lawyer to join them on an initial 18 month contract.

You will join the Enforcement team, responsible for investigating allegations against members and taking disciplinary action where appropriate. You will hold your own caseload, including many sensitive and complex matters.

You will draft allegations, reports and charges. Correspond with members, witnesses and other stakeholders and attend hearings and High Court alongside counsel.

To be considered, you must be a qualified lawyer (barrister, solicitor, FCILEX or equivalent). You will have extensive casework experience, ideally within professional regulation.

You will be based in their central London office, with a minimum 40% office attendance requirement.

Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
