Job Description As a Casual In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience by providing high-quality food and beverage service directly to guest rooms. Representing the brands commitment to elegance and excellence, you will ensure all service standards are consistently met with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards
Set up trays and trolleys according to hotel guidelines
Provide courteous and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs
Accurately take and process guest orders via phone or in person when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion and efficiency
Ensure all billing is accurate and processed correctly
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy periods as needed
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or luxury service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
