Our client, a well established company in the London insurance market, seeks an experienced catastrophe modeller to lead their catastrophe modelling function within the P&C Wholesale division, supporting delegated authority and open market brokers with US account placements.

Key responsibilities will include: Delivering cat modelling analysis and presenting results to brokers, underwriters and clients Developing team workflows, reporting tools and data quality standards Managing vendor relationships and event response reporting Training and mentoring junior team members Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the modelling field Assisting other divisions when required Experience and skills required: Advanced catastrophe modelling experience - Moody's (RMS) Risk Modeller preferred GeoSpatial experience Strong xehkeey leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel, SQL and Power BI; Python/R/VBA a plus Cat modelling qualification preferred; ACII desirable *Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process*.
