Renowned FMCG food manufacturer boasting a range of iconic brands. Manufactures a mix of own label and branded products. Employs thousands within the UK and promotes a culture of progression and promotion within. Seeking a Category & Insights Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
Unique role involving external category relationships with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and internal insights focus to identify trends, opportunities and risks for flagship brands. Collaborates with selected major UK retailers to support category growth through compelling, insight‑led recommendations. Handles both internal and external responsibilities, analysing Nielsen/Circana/Kantar data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years FMCG experience in category and insights. Data and insights skills are a must – Kantar, NIQ, Circana etc. Strong stakeholder management skills and team player. May already be a Category & Insights Manager or operating at this level within a food/beverage business.
