Job Description

The Category Manager will create and execute sourcing strategies and oversee supplier relationships. You will be joining a newly created team providing a great opportunity to gain broad exposure along with being integral to the maturing and improvement of the function.


  • Develop and apply sourcing strategies to improve processes and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with teams to create sourcing plans that meet business needs.
  • Analyse and report on procurement metrics to track performance and savings.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to manage risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation with suppliers.
  • Support supplier development programmes and benchmark against industry standards.


To be considered:

  • Procurement Manager / Category Manager within financial services.
  • Proven record of achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


On Offer:

  • £80,000 - £95,000.
  • Hybrid: 3 days / week in London.
