What you’ll be doing: As a Category & Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for strategic sourcing and supplier management within a defined spend area. You’ll lead the development of multi-year category strategies, execute complex sourcing initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver tangible business outcomes.

You’ll also: Build and lead category and sourcing strategies using market insights and data. Drive cost efficiencies and business benefits aligned to procurement and bank-wide targets. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring procurement has a seat at the table. Lead supplier relationship management to unlock innovation and commercial value. Support financial planning, forecasting, and risk management activities. Deputise for the Category & Sourcing Lead in key meetings.
