This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality background who enjoys managing teams, delivering high-quality food service, and building positive client relationships.The successful candidate will oversee operational standards, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, manage stock and ordering, and deliver excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily catering operations and ensure smooth service deliveryAssist head chef in the kitchen on occasionLead, support, and motivate the catering teamMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and complianceManage stock, ordering, and waste controlMonitor financial performance including GP and cost controlBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesExperience & Skills Required1-3 years' experience in catering or hospitality at management levelExperience in contract catering or large-scale catering environments preferredStrong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational standardsBasic financial awareness including ordering, stock control, waste management, and GPExcellent customer service and people management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsWhat We OfferMonday-Friday schedule with no weekend workOpportunity to lead a team in a well-established catering operationSupportive working environment with opportunities for developmentIf you are an organised and enthusiastic catering professional ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
