The Role:

Managing demolition projects from start to completion
*
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance
*
Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
*
Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager
*
Strong knowledge of demolition processes and H&S regulations
*
CCDO Black Card (preferred)
*
SMSTS, First Aid (desirable)
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
