We’re working with a global real estate firm seeking multiple CDD/AML Officers to join their London team as part of a large-scale project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and trusts. The role is offered on a 12-month contract, requires 3 days per week in the London office, and pays £60,000 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for a range of entity types including corporates, trusts, funds, and partnerships.
• Conduct KYC/AML reviews on new and existing clients, including PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening.
• Perform risk assessments and apply appropriate levels of due diligence in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of client relationships.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CDD/AML support.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3+ years in CDD/EDD and AML
• Experience with working on LP structures (Limited Partnerships)
• Trusts experience
• Able to start ASAP
• No sponsorship available
