Candidates must possess:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role, with a solid background in the construction industry
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
TECH IOSH certification and a clear, relatable training record are mandatory.
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Full, clean driving licence
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites
Representing clients as the safety authority in meetings
Acting as Principal Designer where needed
Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
Developing and implementing health and safety policies
