Title: Central Compliance Officer - Private Banking

Our client, a private bank is looking for a Central Compliance Officer to support the successful delivery of programmes and projects through the full lifecycle. The person would support on the compliance monitoring programmes.

Duties Include:

• Manage the risks arising and escalate any problems to relevant teams.
• Provide information about the financial performance of the projects and implement controls if necessary.
• Provide assistance on Client Due Diligence and data maintenance.
• Performing AML/sanctions transaction monitoring, establishing transactions monitoring scenarios.
• Helping senior management in adherence to applicable laws and regulations as well as to high standards of business and ethical integrity.
• Help ensure relevant and reliable management information on KYC issues is delivered to senior management on a timely basis.
• Ensure that an adequate communication plan is in place and that updates are regularly provided for key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will preferably have compliance background in private banking. Fluency in English is essential for this role. You should also possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills and be able to interact at all levels of business efficiently.
