Our Youth Centre is a flagship part of who we are , providing a safe and engaging space for young people.

Were looking for a proactive, community-minded Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the Centre and help shape its future.

What youll do Manage the smooth, safe and effective running of the Centre Support staff, contractors and volunteers Oversee safeguarding, Health & Safety and compliance Build strong relationships with partners and the community Lead income generation, fundraising and marketing Support high-quality projects and youth provision About you Experienced in managing people and projects Confident in fundraising, income generation or marketing Strong relationship-builder Organised, adaptable and community-focused Motivated by making a positive difference Experience with youth services is desirable , not essential.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
