As a Centre Swim School Lead, you will be the link between our customers, swimming teachers, and the leisure centre team. You will be responsible for a centre's swim school programmes, including school swimming and all other swim school course products. This key role provides technical support to the centre teams to ensure the smooth running of the lessons and a high-quality, consistent level of customer service. Your role will bring organisation and structure to the swim schools as you develop a plan to manage the programme, lead and inspire your swimming teachers, and grow the income and number of pupils learning to swim. This role offers a real opportunity to affect positive change and get closer to GLLs National Aquatics Team.

Youll no doubt be an experienced swimming teacher looking for the next stage in your career and be full of ideas on how to make things better. Well offer in-house training to support you with your role as well as development opportunities such as train the trainer and the STA Tutor training programme.
