Join ASK BOSCO®, a high‑growth AI‑powered marketing analytics platform and its parent agency Modo25, as Chief Finance Officer. You will drive financial strategy, reporting and growth to support a £15 M ARR target and a 10× exit.

The Role at a Glance

  • Full‑time, senior leadership position in Manchester / Leeds (remote 2 days a week optional)

Your Skills & Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA – ideally Big‑4 trained)
  • Proven record in growth tech companies: coordinating funding rounds, scaling SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC) and operating hybrid models (agency + SaaS)
  • Strong commercial acumen; ability to “spot growth opportunities” and pair data with strategy
  • Experience with M&A and preparing a business for exit – credible, clean books and a data‑ready story
  • Willingness to relocate to Leeds or work on‑site 2 days a week in Manchester

Key Responsibilities

  • Build real‑time dashboards and management information for day‑to‑day operations and board reporting
  • Lead the finance function for two business models – agency retainers and SaaS subscriptions – each with distinct economics
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with growth & capital strategy
  • Implement robust processes, embed best practice and deliver insight‑led decisions to sustain scale
  • Prepare the organisation for an exit – clean books, compelling narrative, data room and due‑diligence readiness
