The Role Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant

This is a rewarding and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be supporting pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, helping them to engage positively with their learning and the school environment.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide both classroom and pastoral support, using effective behaviour management strategies and a calm, consistent approach. You will play a key role in helping pupils regulate their emotions, build positive relationships, and succeed in their education.

* Experienced in working with children or young people who display challenging behaviour
* Confident in behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
* Calm, resilient, and able to build strong, trusting relationships
