Change Analyst – Retail Supply Chain Transformation

Location: Islip/Kettering and Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)

Contract: Initial 6 Months

Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)


No agency support required.


We’re looking for multiple Change Analysts to support a major transformation programme within our retail supply chain. This role is ideal for someone early in their change career who enjoys structured delivery, stakeholder engagement, and creating clear, compelling materials that help people understand and adopt new ways of working.


What you’ll support

  • Day‑to‑day change delivery activities across multiple projects or workstreams
  • Preparation of change materials, documentation, reports, and communications for internal audiences
  • Completion of core change tasks such as impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness tracking
  • Coordination of training and communications activities to support adoption
  • Collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
  • Contribution to go‑live preparation, hypercare support, and transition into BAU


What you’ll bring

  • 2 - 3+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, Communications, HR, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting project or change delivery activities in a structured environment
  • Familiarity with change management concepts such as impacts, stakeholders, training, and communications
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate materials and reports
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and building strong working relationships
  • Experience in a retail supply chain environment is beneficial but not essential at this level
