Change Communications Manager - Contract

New Today

Job Description

You'll be joining a team of change communications specialists at a global law firm, working across the portfolio of projects. Supporting them through a busy period of change, you may be working on an IT implementation one day and the next you're shaping communications around AI adoption or a workplace culture shift. The variety is real, and it keeps the work interesting.

The team itself is genuinely collaborative. These are people who care about doing good work and who have built something worth being part of. The firm is forward-thinking too, which means you'll be working on projects that actually matter, with leadership that understands the value of communications done well.

The portfolio covers a range of change projects including technology, AI adoption, and workplace change communications around behaviour, culture and new ways of working. You'll be delivering across multiple channels, including Teams, short-form video and email, so there's plenty of opportunity to be creative about how you get messages across.

One thing that will really set you apart here is experience of communicating with lawyers. We're looking for change communications managers who've worked in a law firm or professional services environment and know how to capture the attention of stakeholders in this environment.

Priorities shift in this environment, sometimes quickly. You'll need to be someone who handles that well, who can re-focus when needed, and who stays calm when the plan changes. If you've worked in a portfolio role before rather than on a single programme, you'll already know what that feels like.

If this sounds like the kind of role you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
