What We're Looking For: Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in a similar role supporting project change management. A solid understanding of the wealth management/IFA industry. Proven experience in managing and mitigating project risks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
