We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our Construction Client to drive successful change initiatives across a major ERP programme. Key Responsibilities
Lead the change management strategy for a large-scale S / 4HANA implementation. Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans. Identify and mitigate change risks, ensuring business readiness. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impacts and benefits.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Change Lead on complex ERP programmes. Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and its impact on business processes. Expertise in change management methodologies and tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
