Change Lead – SAP S/4HANA Programme

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to support the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA programme. This role will focus on the people side of change, ensuring business stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and able to adopt new systems and processes effectively.

You will work closely with programme teams and business stakeholders to deliver change activities across the full project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change workstream aligned to the SAP S/4HANA programme
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments
  • Develop and deliver communications to support programme updates and engagement
  • Support the design and delivery of training (role-based / process-led)
  • Establish and manage change champion or super-user networks
  • Track business readiness and support go-live preparation
  • Identify and manage change risks and resistance
  • Work closely with programme, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment
  • Provide regular updates on change progress and adoption


Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Change Lead or Change Manager on ERP or SAP programmes
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or similar system implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Experience delivering communications, training, and readiness activities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced programme environments
