We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Manager to lead the successful adoption of digital and cultural transformation initiatives across our UK operations. This is a pivotal role driving change that matters impacting technology, people, and performance within Food Servicing/Distribution.
Your initial focus will be on supporting the rollout and integration of new technologies, ensuring they are seamlessly embedded across our systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust change management plans aligned with business objectives
- Apply the ProSci ADKAR model to drive stakeholder engagement and minimize disruption
- Work cross functionally with IT, business operations, and executive teams to foster alignment
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Embed change in a way that’s meaningful to employees through a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

The ideal candidate will be a visionary with hands-on experience in both digital and cultural transformation. You’ll be confident navigating complex change landscapes and inspiring buy in at every level.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Change Management and Organizational Change
- Expertise in Strategy Development and execution
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics CRM
- Experience integrating technology change with cultural adoption
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
