Change & Training Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 basic salary Basingstoke - Hybrid (2 days minimum) Travel: Regular travel to Germany required (multi-day trips, occasional weekends)

We’re partnered with a global leader in the entertainment industry. They’re looking for a Change & Training Manager to support a Finance ERP transformation across Germany, Europe, and APAC. You’ll lead change adoption, training strategy, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities Lead the change management and adoption strategy across German sites. Develop and oversee training plans tailored to local needs and audiences. Manage the creation and localisation of training materials and communication content. Partner with Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment. Deliver clear and engaging communications to support awareness and readiness. Monitor adoption, feedback, and engagement, and recommend continuous improvements. Act as a key liaison between global teams and local stakeholders.
