The job of the Charity Shop Manager is: ·         To be the main point of contact for MADM’s Charity Shop. ·         Responsible to Charity Manager ·         To be proactive in promoting the shop to the wider public. ·         To co-ordinate the collection, sorting, and pricing of donations. ·         To supervise staff and volunteers. ·         To ensure that the shop is physically appealing to the customers, ensuring that it is clean and tidy always, that it is decorated when necessary and that the windows are regularly redressed. ·         To be responsible for the training of staff and volunteers ·         To co-ordinate the volunteer staff rota. ·         To ensure that MADM Policies and Procedures are adhered to by all staff and volunteers. ·         To be responsible for all online sales through the Charity’s website and online selling sites ·    &...
