This is a permanent, full-time position. The role sits within a multi-disciplinary consultancy and focuses on commercial building surveying, including Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and project monitoring responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Deliver commercial building surveying services across commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors
* Undertake Technical Due Diligence (TDD) instructions
* Carry out project monitoring commissions
* Act in a client-facing advisory capacity across multiple projects
* Contribute to projects with values up to £150m and support client relationship development
✅ Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified
* Strong commercial building surveying experience
* Proven experience in TDD and/or project monitoring
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
Salary & Package
* £52,000 - £62,000 base salary
* 15% contractual bonus
* Hybrid working arrangement
