Responsibilities

* Deliver contract administration on projects up to £3 million

* Manage project delivery and key stages

* Undertake dilapidations and defect reporting

* Advise on Party Wall and statutory matters

* Maintain client relationships and reporting

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* RICS-accredited degree or equivalent

* Experience across project and professional services

* Contract administration delivery experience

* Dilapidations and technical reporting capability
