Your experience
You are a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience delivering project focused work. You know how to run schemes from initial brief through design, specification and contract administration. You can produce accurate reports, manage contractors and communicate clearly with clients. You enjoy a mix of technical surveying and project delivery.
What you will be doing with your experience
You will run your own projects across education, healthcare, commercial and public sector buildings. You will scope works, prepare specifications, manage tenders, deliver contract administration and complete surveys when needed. You will be trusted to deliver work your own way while having strong technical and managerial support around you.
