A well-established, Claims Management and loss adjusting business is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor into its growing Surveying Services division. With over 25 years in the market and a strong reputation for technical excellence across domestic and commercial claims, this is a chance to join a high-performing team handling complex and varied work. Youll play a key role in assessing property damage, producing detailed reports, and supporting the end-to-end claims process. This position offers a strong mix of technical surveying, stakeholder engagement, and project oversight.
The role Youll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, assessing damage, and producing accurate scopes and costings. Youll work closely with adjusters, handlers, and policyholders to ensure claims are managed fairly and efficiently.
