This position suits an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with commercial property experience, ambition, and a desire to develop their career within a market-leading consultancy.

THE ROLE: * Delivering technical due diligence (TDD) instructions * Contract administration and project delivery * Dilapidations and lease advisory services * Defect analysis and building pathology * Planned maintenance programmes * Building reinstatement cost assessments * Hybrid working from the London office

THE PERSON: * MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor * Background in commercial or industrial property surveying * Based in or commutable to London
