Chartered Building Surveyor
City of London
£50,000–£60,000 + bonus
A Chartered Building Surveyor opportunity based in the City of London with a multidisciplinary building consultancy. The role offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus discretionary and fee-related bonus. This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working and exposure to both commercial project work and professional building surveying instructions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical due diligence instructions
- Undertake design and contract administration services
- Support project management across commercial schemes
- Advise on dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across surveying and project delivery
✅ Requirements
- MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor
- Newly Chartered or with post-qualification experience
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Experience across project and professional building surveying work
- Commercial property sector exposure
Salary & Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
