What you will be doing

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with Valuations experience to join this global Real Estate leader in their Birmingham office as part of the Valuation and Advisory team.

There are two positions available, one for someone that has recently become Chartered and one for a Senior Surveyor.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for Industrial, Office and Retail properties across Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including major banks, investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.
