Location: Yeovil Salary: £15.75 per hour + paid overtime Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm Shift Types: Mix of early, late, and occasional long days Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends (moving to 1 in 5 when fully staffed)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present food to agreed standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and budget management. Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge. Ensure portion control and consistent food quality. Comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen. NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
