I'm working with a beautiful country house hotel just outside Bath , known for its garden-to-plate ethos and award-winning dining. They're looking for a Chef de Partie who's passionate about seasonality, creativity, and developing others.

The Role:
* Run your own section and lead junior chefs * Deliver creative menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients * Engage with local suppliers and in-house garden team * Play an active role in mentoring apprentices and new team members * Support wider kitchen team during busy service
About You:
* Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen * Confident running a section and supporting junior staff * Naturally creative and always thinking seasonally * Positive, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about food
