to join our exceptional Kitchen Team and help craft the baked creations that define our legacy. What Youll Do As our Biscuit Chef de Partie, youll take ownership of your station and deliver impeccable quality every day: Production & Quality Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef Operations Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards Plan and organise daily production to ensure smooth operation To be able to work in a team and uphold Fortnums standards Work collaboratively with Front of House teams Comfortable working in an open kitchen

customer facing What We're Looking For Must have experience as a

in a busy kitchen that focused on pastries, bakery and chocolate - A passion for exceptional baking and craftsmanship Strong organisational and communication skills An enthusiasm to learn, grow, and develop within a heritage-rich environment
