Chef de Partie Brasserie

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury, family-owned country house hotel set within beautiful Hertfordshire countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their brasserie kitchen team, delivering high-quality, modern dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated chef who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and delivering an elevated dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within a brasserie-style kitchen
  • Work across multiple sections, ensuring smooth service delivery
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail at all times
  • Support cost control and efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen and service teams

About You

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or luxury setting
  • Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
  • Confident working across multiple kitchen sections
  • Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality brasserie cuisine
