London £36,500 per year 45 hours per week Predominantly weekends off

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a high-quality conference and events venue in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh ingredients in a professional, well-organised kitchen - and who values a better work-life balance, with predominantly weekends off.

What we're looking for:

- At least 2 years experience in a quality restaurant, events venue, or fresh food kitchen - Strong fresh food background - Experience with high-volume service and/or events catering is a plus - Passion for quality ingredients and well-presented dishes - A reliable and positive team player

What's on offer:

- £36,500 salary - 45-hour contract - Predominantly Monday-Friday operation (abut 15 weekends per year working) - Professional and structured kitchen environment - Great opportunity to develop within a reputable venue
