We are an independent contract caterer based in the heart of London, delivering premium hospitality to a prestigious client base. We're searching for a Chef de Partie who can support our kitchen team across fine dining, hospitality events, canapés, a busy staff dining café, and an executive client lounge.
What You'll Bring Creativity, ambition, and the desire to develop further as a Chef de Partie .
Experience in contract catering or high-end hospitality.
Strong culinary skills, precise execution, and a real love for modern, vibrant food.
A positive attitude and the ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and collaboratively.
A keen eye for detail, with high standards in both food quality and BOH diligence.
The Role Monday to Friday, with 2-3 evening hospitality events per week.
Take ownership of your section and consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu preparation and service delivery.
Step confidently into new responsibilities as you grow into a standout Chef de Partie .
