Chef de Partie - Fine Dining, Canapés & High-Volume Service | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm

Join a talented brigade of nine chefs delivering exceptional fine-dining experiences, from elegant plated dishes to beautifully crafted canapés and premium hospitality bites. We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie who brings precision, creativity and efficiency to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm role offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and culinary challenge in a refined, professional environment.

You'll take ownership of your station and contribute to the preparation of high-end canapés, finger foods, bowl food and premium event menus. Working closely with senior chefs, you'll ensure every item-whether a delicate canapé or a large-batch fine-dining dish-is delivered with impeccable presentation and consistency.

• Prepare, assemble and present luxury canapés, fine-dining bites, and high-volume menu items.

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in both small-format and plated dishes.

• Run your section confidently throughout the 7:30am-4:00pm day.

• Work collaboratively within a nine-chef brigade to deliver efficient, seamless service.

• Uphold strict HACCP, allergen, hygiene and food safety standards.

• Support mise en place for large-volume hospitality events and corporate functions.

• Keep your station clean, organised and fully compliant at all times.

• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, labelling and correct storage procedures.

• Help guide and support junior team members when required.

• Experience preparing high-end canapés, bowl food and event-style fine-dining items.

• Background in AA Rosette, Michelin or luxury 5-star kitchens.

• Ability to handle high-volume service with precision and calm.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to exceptional presentation.
