As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will:
Run your section confidently during service
Support the senior team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Support and mentor junior members of the brigade
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are met at all times
Contribute positively to a professional, team-focused kitchen culture
