chef de partie, required in Berkshire, 40 hrs, paid overtime & basic is £30000 (40hrs) + service/tips (around £1k), with live in available and straight shifts. This chef de partie role will cover a section in one of the main kitchen sections in the kitchen.

The role We are looking for a chef de partie from a rosette or a good background to run one of the section in this kitchen, they have a restaurant and events as well. you will prep your section, ensure your ready for service, prepare your items, plate/cook the section dishes in service This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience We are looking for a chef de partie from a rosette background or a fresh food background at either chef de partie level or a demi chef de partie.
