Set in the heart of the countryside, we offer it all fantastic, flavour-packed food, a carefully curated selection of beers, and a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. Following a recent refurbishment, we now boast a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen , giving you the perfect environment to showcase your skills.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across our menu. Youll take ownership of your section, contribute to menu ideas, and work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency.
What We Offer
Salary of £31,000 £32,000 per annum
Additional £10,000 £12,000 in tronc (on top of salary)

What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong organisation and time management skills
