If its a chef de partie £30-32k and a sous chef £37-39k. They have 1 gap and will create a role based around the level of the chef.

The role
As a chef you will either be a chef de partie, junior sous chef or sous chef. They have 1 gap and depending on your level will depend the position. The role will be fresh food, it is hands on and you will be cooking and doing prep as well.
