What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional food for everything from member lunches to weddings and large-scale events
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Working with premium British produce to craft high-quality dishes
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
Ensuring high food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
We're Looking For
A skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie
Strong knowledge of British produce & high-end cuisine
A steady, reliable chef who thrives under pressure
Confident in leading a section
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) + up-to-date food hygiene certificate
UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
