Chef de partie required for a hotel with a couple of F&B outlets in the Chichester area, this is a fresh food kitchen with live in. It is on the bus route, parking on site and shops within walking distance. Chef de partie salary £33k + £3k service, live in available. The food is of a rosette standard.

The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, preparing the dishes, prep your fridge and cook in service. The dishes are of a rosette level and you will be cooking with produce of that level. This chef de partie role includes all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills.
