As Chef de Partie, youll take responsibility for your section, working closely with an experienced senior team who value organisation, teamwork and attention to detail.
Its an excellent opportunity for a CDP who enjoys traditional cooking in a setting where standards, care and craftsmanship are genuinely important.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your section during service with confidence and organisation
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and classic techniques
Support and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are maintained
Work closelywith the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service
